Jerry Furnell is the Director of Green Termite Bait Systems and has over 20 years "hands on" experience in all facets of the Pest Control Industry.  He is fully licenced including Timber Pests.  His experience and practical knowledge of termites is extensive. "Client satisfaction is our main goal. We achieve this by carefully selecting quality staff. Great staff means great service. We're proud of our team and their aim to always please every customer."

Ana is the co-owner of the business and is in charge of accounts, billing and general administration. She is multi-skilled and fluent in several languages. Ana has excellent book keeping and computer skills which are vital for the smooth running of the company. She puts her heart and soul into her work and takes great pride in the accuracy of our records. Now days she works from home as well as looking after her daughter, Princesca Pei-Pei Furnell.

Cecilia is our super friendly receptionist. Her duties include scheduling, despatch and general office duties. Originally from Sweden, CC (as she likes to be called) speaks fluent English and she ensures that our busy office runs smoothly. She is very customer service oriented and keen to help you with your enquiries. If you have questions of a technical nature she will direct you to one of the guys below for additional help.

Barry is the elder statesman of the company as well as one of our termite specialists. He is a big hearted guy who likes to talk straight. A true gentleman who is very polite and always helpful. If you have a problem with termites, Barry will outline clear and workable solutions for you. Barry always goes the extra mile to see that every job is done thoroughly and completely. Termites are his week-end hobby, so you will benefit from, and appreciate his knowledge. It shows when you speak with him.

If you notice a likeness between our two Barrys it's because they are father and son. Barry Jnr (call him Baz) took an interest in pest control shortly after his Dad did and has been diligently working in the pest control industry for a few years whilst learning the ropes. He is fully licenced including timber pests and prides himself on doing quality work. Baz is very courteous and friendly as well as super helpful with customers.

David has worked in the pest control industry for over 4 years. He has experience in all facets of the industry and like all our staff, he has a sound knowledge and experience with termite control and management. Of course he is fully licenced including timber pests and also holds a NSW pest licence to complement his Queensland licence. He is very friendly and courteous and always does his best to please.

John is our technical and training manager. John works mainly in our head office and handles enquiries from customers and distributors. Part of his job involves supervision of our staff, quality control and training of new distributors and staff. He has over 30 years experience in this field and we welcome his insights, his experience and his broad termite knowledge. He is a valued part of our team contributing to the ongoing success of our company.
